MECROB is a computer programs contest, whose competitors are 2nd year students of the Automation andComputer Science Faculty.
The contest was first held in 1997. There were more competitors at every edition, in the same time the programmes became more diversified. Therefore, beginning with this year, the contest has three different sections:
1.Technical Mechanics
2.Robot Mechanics
3.Biomechanics.
The programs are written in programming languages such as Delphi, Visual C++, and also in Pascal.
Every paper is presented by one of its writers(it must be mentioned that every paper has one or several authors). The programs are graded by teachers from the "PolItehnica" University from Timisoara.
The contest has been held this year in the 19 January, from 9am to 5 pm in the A109 hall. |
